H型钢焊缝相控阵超声波检测扫查装置设计

摘要: 熔深质量检测是一种常用的H型钢焊缝质量检测方法,相控阵超声波检测技术作为一项新型技术,已被运用于熔深质量检测中。为了使H型钢焊缝相控阵超声波检测实现更加稳定、快速的扫查,本文设计了一种适用于H型钢焊缝质量检测的相控阵超声波双侧检测扫查机械装置,该扫查装置结构紧凑,可通过一次扫查同时实现焊缝双侧质量的检测工作。通过对挡轮组件的调节,扫查装置可以沿精确路线稳定行走;装置中心位置配置橡胶把手,可由一人独立完成装置操作,大幅减少了利用相控阵超声波对H型钢焊缝的质量检测时间,检测效率高。利用本文所设计的扫查器进行超声相控阵焊缝双侧同时扫查,可得到两种探头放置方式的检测结果,双侧扫查的熔深数据均与人工缺陷的数据基本吻合,证明本文设计的扫查装置检测结果可靠。

Abstract: Penetration quality detection is a traditional method to detect the weld quality of the H-beam. As a new penetration quality detection technique, the phased array ultrasonic detection (PAU) is also applied in this area. To make PAU detection faster and more stable, a bilateral inspection scanning mechanical device for H-beam PAU detection is proposed in this paper. This scanning structure device is designed with compact structure, and can scan and evaluate the weld quality of both sides of the weld component. By adjusting the stop wheel group, it can walk stably and accurately. The rubber handle is configured at the center of the device, which can be easily used by one person. With only one person controlling the proposed device, the PAU detection time could be greatly reduced. The scanning results of this device is compared with traditional human inspection results, which proves the reliability of the design.
