基于时域反射法的套筒灌浆料介电特性试验研究

摘要: 金属套筒连接作为装配式混凝土结构重要的节点连接方式,其可靠性是装配式构件节点有效连接的重要保障。本文提出一种基于时域反射(TDR)测试原理的套筒灌浆质量检测方法,为验证该方法的可行性,设计了不同灌浆料、配合比、接触状态的套筒灌浆料接触特性试验。利用TDR测试仪采集探针接触灌浆料过程中的介电信号,运用含水率与介电信号典型函数关系式对采集的信号进行对比分析,研究探针接触套筒灌浆料过程中介电特性变化规律,进而对套筒灌浆质量进行有效判别。试验研究表明:时域反射法可有效判别套筒灌浆料接触状态;探针在接触灌浆料前后电介质信号存在明显差异;套筒灌浆料配合比在12%时,三种试验灌浆料接触性能测试变化规律具有一致性,配合比在18%、24%时,测试效果规律性不强;在灌浆料接触性能测试过程中,灌浆料体积含水量和介电常数变化规律相似,能较好判别探针是否接触灌浆料。该试验验证了时域反射法应用于套筒灌浆质量检测过程的可行性,为装配式混凝土结构套筒灌浆质量检测提供了新的解决方案。

Abstract: As an important joint connection mode for fabricated concrete structure, the reliability of metal sleeve connection is the guarantee for the effective connection of fabricated component joints. In this paper, a method of sleeve grouting quality detection based on Time Domain Reflectance (TDR) testing principle is proposed. To verify the feasibility of this method, the sleeve grouting material contact tests with different grouting materials, different mix proportion and different contact state were designed. The TDR tester is used to collect the dielectric signals of the probe in the process of contacting the grouting material, and the typical function relationship between the moisture content and the dielectric signal is used to compare and analyze the collected signals. The change of dielectric characteristics of the probe in the process of contacting the sleeve grouting material was studied, and then the quality of sleeve grouting could be judged effectively. The results showed that the TDR method could effectively distinguish the contact state of the sleeve grouting material. There was a significant difference in the dielectric signal collected by the TDR tester before and after the probe contacting the grout. When the sleeve grouting material mix proportion was 12%, the three tests grouting material contact performance test changes were consistent, and the test effect was not strong when the mix proportion was 18% and 24%. In the process of testing the contact properties of grouting materials, the variation laws of volume water content and dielectric constant of grouting materials were similar, which could better distinguish whether the probe contacted the grouting materials. The test verifies the feasibility of using TDR method for sleeve grouting quality detection, and provides a new solution for the sleeve grouting quality detection of fabricated concrete structure.
