摘要: 当前我国装配式建筑正处于初步发展时期,越来越多的市场主体加入到装配式建筑的建设中。但由于装配式建筑施工图设计周期较传统设计图增加约30~60天,成本增加约200~500元/平米等问题,地产开发商在新建建筑中采用装配式建筑的比率一直不高。在此基础上,本文总结分析了影响装配式建筑的发展因素,提出了地产开发商需要从立项、设计、建设等环节入手提高建筑的装配率等观点,希望能为装配式发展提供解决思路。

Abstract: At present, China's prefabricated buildings are in a period of great development, more and more market players have joined the development prefabricated buildings. However, due to the fact that the design cycle of prefabricated building construction drawings will increase by about 30 to 60 days compared with traditional cast-in-place construction drawings, and the incremental cost of prefabricated buildings is about 200 to 500 yuan per square meter, the rate of real estate developers using prefabricated buildings in new buildings is very low. Based on this, the paper point out that in order to effectively increase the proportion of prefabricated buildings in newly-built buildings, real estate developers need to increase the assembly rate of buildings from the aspects of project approval, design, and construction.
