Research Progress on Crack Repair Materials of Asphalt Concrete Pavement

摘要: 在车辆荷载和自然因素的综合作用下,沥青混凝土路面易出现裂缝,严重降低道路耐久性。研究相关的裂缝修复材料,实现道路裂缝的快速修复,对保证道路通畅及驾驶人员的安全至关重要。本文根据目前常用沥青混凝土路面裂缝修复材料的特性,分别概述了沥青类材料、化学灌浆材料以及沥青自修复材料三个不同类型修复材料的发展状况,重点介绍其修复效果与作用机理,并分析了各种修复材料目前存在的主要问题。结合实际应用效果和发展需求,指出未来沥青混凝土路面裂缝修复材料将向高性能、高效率、冷态施工和绿色环保方向发展。

Abstract: Under the combined action of vehicle load and natural factors, the asphalt concrete pavement is prone to cracks, which seriously endangers the durability of the road. The research and application of related crack repair materials to realize the rapid repair of road cracks is essential to ensure smooth roads and the safety of drivers. Based on the characteristics of commonly used asphalt concrete pavement crack repair materials, this article summarizes the development status of three different types of repair materials, namely asphalt materials, chemical grouting materials, and asphalt self-healing materials, focusing on their repair effects and mechanism, and analyzes the main existing problems in various repair materials. Combined with actual application effects and development needs, the paper points out that in the future, asphalt concrete pavement crack repair materials will continue to develop in the direction of high performance, high efficiency, cold construction and green environmental protection.
