Abstract: The construction of precast structural column is quite different from that of conventional cast-in-situ concrete structural column. The construction of prefabricated structural columns is to lift, install and connect the finished structural columns produced by the component factory on site. It has higher precision and quality control requirements. Precast structural column construction is a new technology and the last line of defense to control the safety of the main structure. The research on the construction quality control of prefabricated concrete structural column is of great significance. This paper summarized the construction technique of the connecting-sleeve prefabricated structural column, and discussed its common quality problems. The protection of sleeve and reinforcement, positioning of protruding reinforcement, hoisting operation, grouting operation and lightning protection connection construction techniques are discussed. Besides, the corresponding controlling methods were put forwards, which can provide reference for the construction management of prefabricated concrete structural columns.
