装配式结构室内内装干挂墙板系统

摘要: 为提高装配式结构室内内装干挂墙板的施工效率,以办公楼工程(自编号:恒盛大厦)项目在施工过程中遇到的实际情况为研究对象,在研究应用的过程中总结施工技术,并依次开发了滑槽预埋件、一次可调整位置预埋件、多次可调整位置预埋件等关键技术。实验结果表明,滑槽预埋件能够有效地平衡先置预埋件的水平偏差,一次可调整位置预埋件可以有效调整先置预埋件的水平和垂直偏差,当先置预埋件偏差较大后可以使用多次可调整位置预埋件来实施调整。该技术能够有效提高室内干挂墙板的施工效率,使项目先置预埋件得到合理的利用,减少后置预埋件情况的发生。

Abstract: To improve the construction efficiency of indoor dry hanging wallboard with monolithic precast concrete structure, the actual situation encountered in the construction of office building project (self-number: Hengsheng building) was studied in this paper. The construction technology was summarized in the process of research and application. The chute embedded parts, one-time adjustable position embedded parts and multiple adjustable position embedded parts were developed in this paper. Practice has proved that the chute embedded parts can effectively adjust the horizontal deviation of the pre-embedded parts, and the one-time adjustable position embedded parts can effectively adjust the horizontal and vertical deviation of the pre-embedded parts. When the deviation is large, multiple adjustable position embedded parts can be used for adjustment. This technology can improve the construction efficiency of indoor dry hanging wallboard, and reduce the occurrence of post embedded parts.
