摘要: 近年来,旧城改造已成为城市进一步发展的重要工作,如何在既有建筑结构改造的同时,不对周边建(构)筑物造成损伤是行业重点关注的问题。本文结合上海彭浦机械厂重工生产车间改造工程,根据实际工程情况,重点阐述了在相邻深基坑结构施工前对重工车间保留厂房采取的主动加固措施,具体包括:原独立基础采取桩基托换、锚杆静压桩基础加固、破损混凝土排架柱免拆除原位加固等施工技术,以上技术有效保障了保留厂房在相邻深基坑施工过程中的变形控制和结构安全。为类似既有建(构)筑物改造提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: In recent years, the reconstruction of old city has become an important work for the further development of the city. How to transform the existing structure without causing damage to the surrounding buildings (structures) is a key concern of the industry. Combined with the reconstruction project of heavy industry workshop of Shanghai Pengpu machinery factory and according to the actual engineering situation, this paper mainly expounds the active reinforcement measures for the reserved workshop of heavy industry workshop before the construction of adjacent deep foundation pit structure, including: the original independent foundation should be strengthened by the static pressure pile, Anchor static pile foundation reinforcement, Reinforcement of broken concrete. Which effectively guarantee the deformation control and structural safety, providing reference and reference for the reconstruction of similar existing structures.
