新型装配式主次梁刚性连接节点研究

摘要: 近年来预制装配式结构逐渐成为了建筑业发展的重要方向。在装配式建筑中,各个构件之间是通过节点连接,因此,一个合理可靠的连接方式不仅能使施工更加快速便捷,更是对其整体结构安全性起着至关重要的影响,因此,梁节点是装配式结构力学性能研究的重点。本研究结合梁的受力特点,在满足设计要求的前提下,将主次梁节点处的钢筋连接优化为90度弯折交错锚固,形成一种新型主次梁节点连接方法,研究结果成功应用在“华南理工大学广州国际校区一期工程B地块项目”装配式结构施工中,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:

With the progress of the science and technology, the prefabricated assembly type structure has gradually become action of the development of building industry. Since each component is connected by the joints, so it is an important guarantee for the structural safety to choose the appropriate joint connection mode. In this study, by combined with the stress characteristics of the end of the secondary beam and under the premise of meeting the high seismic performance, the overlapped reinforcement segments of the primary and secondary beam are optimized to the 90 degree bending anchorage, a new joint connection mode has been formed, which can not only improve the prefabrication rate of the beam but also meet the shear strength at the joint connections. And the technology of this study is applied in assembly type structure construction process in the B land block, project I, Guangzhou international campus, Guangzhou south China university of technology, the construction methods of this study have the significant social and economic benefit, can provide the reference for the primary and secondary beam connection way in the similar prefabricated type project.
