摘要: 高性能无机人造石是近年来发展的一种新型人造石,本文系统介绍了高性能无机人造石的概念、性能、分类、成型和养护方法,重点分析了高性能无机人造石的改性研究、应用现状及发展趋势。得出以下结论:相比于普通无机人造石,高性能无机人造石的力学性能和装饰性能更好;外加剂和聚合物可减小板材吸水率,提高板材抗折强度;纤维改性材料可显著提高无机人造石板材的韧性,但添加量较大时会影响板材外观。随着无机人造石产品质量及性能的提升,无机人造石将会逐渐占据部分树脂人造石及天然石市场,成为建筑装饰材料中的主流产品。

Abstract: High-performance inorganic artificial stone is a new type of artificial stone developed in recent years. The paper systematically introduces the concept, performance, classification, forming and curing methods of high-performance inorganic artificial stone, focusing on the analysis of high-performance inorganic artificial stone’s modification, as well as research and application status and development trends. The following conclusions are drawn: Compared with ordinary inorganic artificial stone, high-performance inorganic artificial stone has better mechanical and decorative properties; additives and polymers can reduce the water absorption rate of the board and increase the flexural strength of the board; fiber modified materials can significantly improve the toughness of the inorganic artificial stone plate, but the appearance of the plate will be affected when the add amount of fiber modified materials is large. With the improvement of the quality and performance of inorganic artificial stone products, inorganic artificial stone will gradually occupy part of market which belongs to the resin artificial stone and natural stone before and become the mainstream product in building decoration materials.
