摘要: 为增加大型烟囱钢内筒整体吊装过程安全可靠度,结合广州市某热电厂烟囱内部300t钢内筒吊装工程,对大型烟囱钢内筒整体提升安装方法进行优化、对组焊节段的选择方法进行说明,利用多种计算方法对整体提升系统各构配件进行设计复核,同时对整体焊接方案进行详细介绍,总结了施工过程中质量安全控制要点。应用结果表明:利用多种有限元分析软件对整体提升系统中提升设备、钢绞线、锚具、方形架、圆环形箱梁及吊耳计算复核,优化了提升系统各构配件设计,提高了大型烟囱钢内筒施工过程安全可靠度;在保证安全的前提下,缩小烟囱钢内筒提升钢绞线的规格,可有效增加现场施工可操作性;各组焊节段设计为高度1.8m以内的圆弧板,有效解决了钢内筒组焊节段难以运输的问题。通过设计计算对大型烟囱钢内筒整体吊装构配件进行设计复核,极大增加了吊装过程安全可靠度,给类似工程施工提供了参考。

Abstract: For increase the safety reliability of the whole hoisting installation process of steel inner cylinder of large-seize chimney, The 300t steel cylinder inside the chimney of a thermal power plant in Guangzhou is taken as an example, Design and calculation of the whole hoisting installation process of steel inner cylinder of large-seize chimney is optimized, The selection method of welding segment is explained, Various calculation methods are used to check the design of the components of the integral lifting system, At the same time, the whole welding scheme is introduced, The key points of quality and safety control in the construction process are summarized. The actual construction operation shows that: Using various finite element analysis software to calculate and check the lifting equipment, steel strand, anchorage, square frame, circular box girder and lifting lug, could optimize the design of the components of the lifting system; The safety reliability of steel inner cylinder construction process of large chimney is improved; On the premise of ensuring safety, reducing the specifications of lifting strand can effectively increase the operability of on-site construction; The output oil circuit design of lifting jack is consistent to ensure the overall lifting synchronization; Each welding segment is designed as arc plate with height less than 1.8m, which effectively solves the problem of difficult transportation of steel inner cylinder assembly welding segment. By using various calculation methods, the design of integral hoisting components of large chimney steel inner cylinder is reviewed, which greatly increases the safety and reliability of hoisting process, and provides reference for similar engineering construction.
