摘要: 随着地铁建设的大规模开展,地铁隧道施工穿越既有地铁线路的情况越来越多,为确保地铁安全运行,需严格控制下穿地铁线路施工。本文以悬臂式掘进机在地铁矿山法隧道近距离下穿既有地铁线路为例,分析了悬臂式掘进机法近距离下穿既有地铁线路的施工要点及安全措施,同时总结了选用悬臂式掘进法的优缺点。该工程是悬臂式掘进机法第一次成功应用于深圳市下穿既有地铁线路施工,具有较大参考意义,可为后续类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract: With the large-scale development of subway construction, there are more and more cases of subway tunnel construction underneath passing existing subway lines. In order to ensure the safe operation of the subway, it is necessary to strictly control the construction of the subway line. The paper takes the application of cantilever tunneling machine construction method in short-distance underneath passing existing KUANGSHANFA subway tunnel as an example, analyzes the construction key points and safety measures of the cantilever tunneling machine cantilever tunneling machine, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the selection of the cantilever tunneling machine. The project is the first successful application of cantilever tunneling machine construction method in Shenzhen existing subway lines, it is of great reference significance and can provide a reference for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
