摘要： 为平衡装配式建筑构件生产标准化与设计多样性的矛盾，提出以面向制造为基础的装配式建筑预制构件设计方法，将构件拆分为不同功能属性的标准模块，以模块为单元，根据设计要求，通过组合的方式形成不同构件，既能符合设计多样性的要求，又能满足装配式建筑标准化生产的需求，平衡装配式构件制造与设计的矛盾，有效提高装配式建筑构件的生产效率及模具使用次数。
关键词: In order to balance the contradiction between the production standardization and diversity of design of prefabricated building components, a manufacturing-oriented design method for prefabricated components is proposed, which is to split the components into standard modules with different functional attributes. According to design requirements, forming different components through combination of standard modules. In this way, it not only can meet the requirements of design diversity, but also meet the needs of standardized production of prefabricated buildings. Through balancing the contradiction between prefabricated component manufacturing and design, effectively improve the production efficiency of prefabricated building components and the number of mold uses.
