摘要:

某连续构桥过渡墩处主梁梁段现浇施工时,现浇梁段部分悬臂,对墩身的偏心力会导致桥墩垂直度偏差和墩帽轴线偏移。为满足规范中对桥墩、墩帽的施工质量中应力、垂直度和轴线偏位的要求,本工程过渡墩设计了三角托架,对托架受力进行了验算,并对托架进行反拉,平衡了箱梁对墩身的部分弯矩,使桥墩和墩帽的垂直度、轴线偏位在允许范围内,保证了过渡墩的施工质量。

Abstract:

During the cast-in-situ construction of the main girder section at the transition pier of a continuous steel bridge, the eccentric force of the cantilever of the cast-in-situ beam section on the pier body will cause verticality deviation of the pier and axis offset of the pier cap. In order to meet the requirements for stress, verticality and axis deviation in the construction quality of bridge piers and pier caps in the specification, the project has implemented four measures: design triangular brackets for transition piers, perform checking calculation on the force of the brackets, reversed pull the brackets, and balance partial bending moment of box girder to pier. So that the verticality and axis deviation of the bridge pier and pier cap are within the allowable range, further to ensuring the construction quality of the transition pier.
